When you use Asia Connect, the only information we keep is:

We do not store your chat messages. Once your conversation with Myli ends, it is gone. We cannot read it again.

We use this information to: count how many people are using the platform, see which languages and job sectors are most popular, help your trainer or HR manager see how their group is using the platform, and improve the service over time.

Who Else Sees Your Information?

Your information is processed by the technology companies that run our platform:

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your session information for 12 months. After that, it is deleted automatically. If your organisation stops using Asia Connect, we will delete all data associated with your organisation within 30 days of being asked to do so.

Is Asia Connect Safe to Use?

Yes. All information is sent over an encrypted connection (the padlock in your browser — TLS 1.3). We collect much less information than most websites. Your conversations with Myli are private — they are not stored and cannot be read by your employer, by us, or by anyone else after the session ends.
