Asia Connect provides AI-assisted English language coaching through a conversational interface powered by third-party AI and voice providers. The Service is intended for individual learners using the platform for professional English development in connection with their employment.
The Service is provided on a best efforts basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, free from errors, or that it will meet any specific learning outcome. The Service is in active development — features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice.
Access may require a code provided by CB Connect or by your employer. Access codes are personal and must not be shared outside your authorised group. Classroom codes issued through the platform must not be distributed beyond the group for which they were created. We may suspend or revoke access at any time if these Terms are being breached.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in connection with your own professional development. You must not:
We monitor usage for abuse prevention purposes. Suspected abuse may result in immediate suspension of access without notice.
The Service is intended for reasonable personal use in connection with your employment. CB Connect reserves the right to apply usage limits per device, per session, or per day to protect the availability of the Service for all users. Excessive or automated usage is a breach of these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party providers including Anthropic (AI), ElevenLabs (voice), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). CB Connect is not responsible for any interruption or failure of the Service caused by the unavailability of any third-party provider. CB Connect makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses.
The Service, including all software, content, system design, knowledge base materials, and AI configuration, is the intellectual property of CB Connect. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal professional development only. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by CB Connect without obligation or compensation.
We collect and process limited session data: your selected language, job sector, classroom code, and session timestamp. We do not store the content of your conversations with Myli. The platform is GDPR compliant. For a plain-language explanation of your data rights, see our Privacy Notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CB CONNECT DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS, TRAINING OUTCOMES, OR PROFESSIONAL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CB CONNECT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (OR YOUR EMPLOYER ON YOUR BEHALF) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. CB CONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
